Application procedure for CTET has been started from 1st August 2018 from the website www.ctet.nic.in. CBSE is conducting CTET for interested and eligible candidates. CTET 2018 Exam Application Fees

The candidates appearing for CTET 2018 can pay the registration fee either through Debit/Credit card OR Net banking. The fee can also be paid using E-Challan. The registration fee is listed below for different categories-

Application fee for one subject

  • The application fee for General/ OBC is Rs. 700/-.
  • The application fee for reserved categories is Rs. 350/-.

Application fee for both the papers

  • The application fee for Genera/OBC is Rs. 1200/-.
  • The application fee for reserved categories is Rs. 600/-

Eligibility Criteria for CTET 2018

  • Eligibilities for primary Stage (For Class I to V)
  • The candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent scoring minimum 50% marks and must have passed or appearing in last year of 2-years Diploma course in Elementary Education. OR
  • Must have cleared 12th or equivalent scoring minimum 45% marks and must have cleared or appearing in last year of 2-years Diploma course in Elementary Education as per rules of NCTE 2002. OR
  • Must have cleared 12th standard or equivalent scoring minimum 50% marks and must have passed or appearing in last year of 4-years Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
  • Must have passed 12th or equivalent scoring at least 50% marks and must have passed or appearing in last year of 2-years Diploma course in special education. OR
  • They should have qualified Graduation and must have cleared or appearing in last year of 2-years Diploma course in Elementary Education.

CBSE Delhi CTET Secondary Stage (For Class VI to VIII) Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates must have qualified Bachelor’s degree and passed or appearing in last year of 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education. OR Must have qualified Graduation scoring minimum 50% marks and cleared or appearing in 1-year course of B.Ed. OR
  • Candidates have qualified Graduation scoring minimum 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year course of B.Ed as per NCTE rules.
  • Candidates must have cleared 12th standard or equivalent scoring minimum 50% marks and must have passed or appearing in last year of 4-years Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
  • They must have passed 12th or equivalent scoring minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing last year of 4-years B.A/B.Sc.Ed OR B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
  • They must have qualified Graduation scoring minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Special Education course of B.Ed.
